Ocean View Entire Condo In Downtown With Pool/Gym

Disappointingly small despite the "Entire Condo" title Positive: Location is great Negative: Wrongly advertised at 450m² ! It is either an error or a lie. Probably closer to 40m². This is a big difference when you plan to share the appartment with not so close people. This needs to be corrected!!! The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable so do not consider you can have a second bed. Even as a sofa it is painful more like a bench. The owner struggled to let us in the day we arrived and we had to wait 1h in the lobby, very unpleasant. Other defects : - The coffee table is very wobbly, - Although the coffe capsules were provided, the coffee machine is lacking some sort of interface and capsule cannot be used, so it is not possible to make coffee, - There is only one chair available in the whole appartment, a second one was found hidden in the cupboard but it is completely broken, - There is no iron in the appartment, - As already said the sofa bed is not for any adult size person (mesured at 1,60m in length), and it is even uncomfortable even in sitting mode it is extremely hard and has hard frame protruding.
